Cancellation Policy

To ensure the highest quality of service and fairness to both our students and tutors, please review and adhere to the following booking policy: Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the original session time. Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Students who arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their scheduled session. No-shows or missed sessions without prior cancellation are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
