To ensure the highest quality of service and fairness to both our students and tutors, please review and adhere to the following booking policy:

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the original session time.

• Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Students who arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their scheduled session.

• No-shows or missed sessions without prior cancellation are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
